Hey Everyone,
Never thought I would end up making a blog... ever. I guess doing it for a college class was also unexpected not just to me but also to everyone else.
Before I started my evenings festivities I sat down to start my blog. Only to completely space out on what website we needed to use…so using my finite knowledge of the Internet I googled Blogs. Thankfully after a little bit of delving deeper into the website, creating the http address, then I got to the blog cover pages. That is when I knew I wasn’t making a mistake and had found the right site. Not Exactly a major problem to most people, however, I was a little worried at the time. I didn’t want to start off the year by messing my first homework assignment up.
I am not a very big blogger or follower of blogs. The only time I ever read them is when it comes to the not so witty NFL blogs making fun of the week’s latest mishaps. In my own opinion, I don’t think I will ever truly attempt to blog after this class, it’s just not my forte.
The connection between Facebook and a person’s blog are simply they portray the writer/owner of the page. While it can be false advertising on Facebook, a person’s blog is usually my heartfelt. While a person can use odd camera angles to make they look different, “like” pages that don’t really represent who they are, you cannot fake a blog. Furthermore, most people use Facebook as a tool to entertain themselves by talking to or looking at friends. A person won’t sit down to blog unless they are truly passionate about the topic.
